This is a character i have been designing for a little while and I'm satisfied with it.

"Honoo no tamashī" (Soul of the Flame) - [Also the name of his sword]

Honoo no tamashī is an ability of Mugen's where he wraps his sword with fire and uses his Wind Release to boost the flames, extending his sword of fire to a distance of 15.7Meters.

Trying to boost any further will result in the flame being extinguished.

"Hi no tamashī wa kami" (Soul of the Fire God)

Hi no tamashī wa kami is where Mugen wraps himself in a layer of wind chakra with a layer of fire chakra on top of wind layer, Doing this allows Mugen to control of flames covering him as he would his own body.
This extends his reach and strength.

"Erumesu no būtsu" (Boots of Hermes)

Erumesu no būtsu is a technique where Mugen engulfs his feet with Wind element chakra and suddenly releases the chakra at a specific point of his foot allowing him to travel at amazing speeds and jump great heights.

|Story|

Mugen was born in Konoha on the day the kyuubi attacked, Mugen's mother died shortly after giving birth to him.

Mugen was raised in secret until he turned 6 by none other than Danzō Shimura, Mugen grew up with his own personality and emotions despite how hard Danzō tried to strip him of them.
Mugen was sent into deep into the ANBU black ops at the age of 8 after graduating of the Academy.

The only people to know that Mugen is namikaze is himself all others, Mugen's mother, Danzō and Minato Namikaze are all deceased.
Mugen found out he was namikaze from Danzō.

The only thing Mugen has of his mother is the Magatama necklace she put around his neck at birth. He never takes it off.
